Pine Meadow Village Homeowners Association (PMV HOA) is managed by a volunteer
The development is comprised of single family homes, townhomes and condominiums. All residences in the development are subject to
Development Standards (including CC&R's),
Resolutions and
By Laws and pay dues accordingly.
Townhomes and condominiums have additional sub-association managers responsible for the exterior maintenance, landscaping, driveways, and parking lots within their boundaries. Sub-associations have boards and officers, who collect dues separately to cover the cost of those activities. Dues vary, so owners must contact their
sub-associations for more details.
PMV HOA is managed in accordance with Oregon Laws governing Real Property Development
ORS 94 and Non-Profit Corporations
ORS 65.
The PMV Board of Directors conducted an owner survey in September 2022 to provide an opportunity for PMV homeowners to share feedback regarding PMV experiences, including interests for improvement and/or concerns. Survey results will help provide the PMV board with a clearer path for budgeting and planning purposes. Thank you to all who to participated!
