Sisters, Oregon is considered the Gateway to the Cascades and as such is located on the east side of the Cascade Mountains in Central Oregon. It is 136 miles southeast of Portland and is just 20 miles west of both Bend and Redmond. Sisters is accessible via highways, 20, 22, 126 and 242 (if not closed for winter).

 

Pine Meadow Village is located on the southwest side of the city. From the west our visitors travel over Santiam Pass via Highway 20, which passes directly through Sisters.  If traveling from Salem or Eugene, turn right on Pine St just after you enter Sisters, then right on W. Jefferson Ave and you will find yourself in the middle of Pine Meadow Village. If you are traveling from Bend or Redmond, just before you leave the city’s west side, turn left on Pine St and right on W. Jefferson Ave.

 

Well known to outdoor enthusiasts, the area attracts hikers, bikers and equestrians, who use trails that extend from the city limits into the Three Sisters Wilderness. Many of our visitors drive, but if you are flying into the area here is some helpful information:

 

Closest Commercial Airport:

Located in Redmond, Roberts Field is an easy 20 mile drive to the east. It offers service from Portland, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Phoenix and San Francisco. New weekend jet service from Denver is now available.
