PMV HOA standing committees exist to assist and advise the Board of Directors.  All owners are welcome to attend and observe committee meetings.
 
 
CCR Update Committee
Chair ~ Bob Johnson (bjohnson@conversant.com)
Charter ~ (Pending:  The CCR Update Committee has been established to update the CCR's, which were originally established in July, 2000.

Architectural Review Committee
Chair ~ Matthew Grummer (matthew@matalie.net or 206.658.7992)
Charter ~ The ARC is established by the original Declarant of Pine Meadow Village to implement architectural rules and guidelines as they are specified in the P.U.D. Master Plan and Pine Meadow Village Architectural Guidelines. Five members are required to sit on this committee, and they must be PMV homeowners. The ARC must have a member who sits on the PMV Board of Directors.

Meeting Schedule ~ Summer months: every week on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:00pm; Winter months: every other week on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30pm

Asset Management Committee
Chair ~ John Jones (john.t.jones@hotmail.com)
Charter ~ The PMV HOA Asset Management Committee supports the General Manager and the Board of Directors by performing the following functions related to the Pine Meadow Village fixed assets with an acquisition cost of over $1,000 and a useful life of greater than 3 years:
a)     Maintaining records of fixed assets and major repairs/maintenance actions for those assets
b)     Monitoring the condition of fixed assets
c)     Obtaining estimates of current repair or replacement costs of fixed assets.
d)     Obtaining competitive bids for repairs or replacement of fixed assets.
e)     Making recommendations to the Board on timing, deferral, and sourcing of major maintenance, repair, and replacement of fixed assets in the form of a maintenance plan.
