Welcome New Owners!
Pine Meadow Village is filled with natural beauty and people, who truly appreciate what this area has to offer. Hopefully, you’ll find useful information throughout this website; however, this page is dedicated for new owners. It provides useful information and quick access to important content that can be found throughout the site.
If you have not done so, please register to provide us with your information. All information is confidential and is meant to assist us with managing the HOA and homeowner amenities. You may also complete an Owner Information Form and mail it to PMV HOA PO Box 607 Sisters, OR 97759
A brief overview:
- The 2025 monthly PMV HOA assessment is $188, for a total of $2,256 per year. Your assessment is divided up into two parts: an operating assessment and reserve assessment. The operating assessment ($116 per month) covers the costs to operate the association, including general maintenance, utilities, office expenses, insurance, legal fees (if any), pool and spa operations, accounting fees and other miscellaneous expenses. The reserve assessment ($72 per month) saved for future costs of major repairs and replacement of common property, such as the pool, spa, clubhouse, water features, landscape equipment, tennis courts, alleyways, walkways, and bridges.
- Homeowners may pay HOA dues annually, quarterly (in advance), as well as monthly. Monthly assessments are due by the 1st of the month (January – December). Make your checks payable to “Pine Meadow Village HOA”. Include your PMV address or lot number on your check. The "memo field entry" helps us identify the correct account to credit.. Mail your check to PMV HOA, PO Box 607 Sisters, OR 97759, or drop off your check in the collection box in the clubhouse. Late payments will accrue Interest (12% from date first due) plus a late fee ($18.80) if payments are more than 30 days past due.
- PMV HOA mails an annual notice of the assessment due for the following calendar year in late November. It does not mail monthly invoices or coupon books. If you have provided PMV with an e-mail address, we will e-mail monthly statements approximately mid-month, however your monthly assessment is due the first of each month.
- You may address questions regarding your account to the PMV General Manager using the |Contact Us" web page. You should contact the PMV Treasurer at Treasurer.PMVHOA@outlook.com if your questions or concerns are not resolved by the PMV General Manager.
- Some homes in PMV also have a sub-association, which may impose an assessment for sub-association operations and community property. Contact your sub-association for further information.
- PMV collects a $100 transfer fee at closing of escrow to offset recordkeeping costs.
- Prepaid assessments are prorated to the date of closing by your title company. If your Seller had prepaid assessments, your closing documents should reflect the a to the Seller and a debit to the Buyer.

They work on the front door and pool area doors from 9:00 am - 8:30 pm and on the east pool door (back door) from 9:00 am - 8:30 pm. Key cards may not be loaned or given to others to access the clubhouse or pool/spa areas without owner presence.
