Hello, Homeowners:
 
Lyle Musel has been serving on both the HOA Board and the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) since his election to the Board in April.  Lyle has decided to resign from the ARC to focus his service on the Board.  Lyle has done a great job in both capacities and we look forward to his continued contributions on the Board.
 
We now have an opening on the Pine Meadow Village Architectural Review Committee.  The process for filling committee openings is to post the opening for fifteen days.  The Board will then decide on a replacement.  A brief description of the committee follows:

 

The Architectural Review Committee is established by the original Declarant of Pine Meadow Village to implement architectural rules and guidelines as they are specified in the P.U.D. Master Plan and Pine Meadow VIllage Architectural Guidelines.
Chair:  Matthew Grummer
Committee Members:  Bob Boyl, Cathy Bullis, Don Cartmill
Meeting Location:  Clubhouse
Meeting Schedule:  summer months - every week on Wednesdays from 4:30 - 6:00 pm; winter months:  every other week on Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:30 pm.
