Spring Is Coming!
Posted on Feb 12th, 2017
It has been a cold and very snowy winter, but thankfully the longer, warmer days mean that flowers and green grass are in our future - Yippee!
As spring approaches, more people and their furry friends are able to get out of the house to enjoy the fresh air and natural beauty surrounding our community. We'd we like to remind dog owners and walkers that you must have your dog under control and it is your responsibility to pick up doggy waste and properly dispose of it. Please use the receptacles provided by the HOA or take it home. If the receptacles are full, we ask that you notify the On Site Manager, but please do NOT leave the full waste bags on the ground; be a thoughtful neighbor and take it home to dispose of it until the receptacle can be emptied.
The DAILY FINE IS $50 for not cleaning up after your dog. Given the significant health risk posed by this problem, it will be enforced. There are numerous doggy waste bag stations in our neighborhood, please use them!
Thank you for helping to make PMV such a wonderful place to live!

The "Poop sickles" are a pretty big problem. Also are the unleashed dogs. Our dogs on leash have been attacked twice by unleashed dogs. There are numerous unleashed dogs on W Jefferson every day. Sisters ord is that no dogs will be unleashed. It would good if they enforced that.

If the owner of the dog is a resident of Pine Meadow Village and violation of our CC&R's. The CC&R states"No pet or domestic animal shall be permitted to run loose or unattended" You can fill out a On Site Manager Action Request on the website and Dan or a Board representative will contact the person in violation and issue a warning.
