ARC: New Construction

This page is undergoing edits.  Content below is intended to provide guidelines and assistance in following the ARC guidelines for new construction in PMV.

ARC APPROVAL FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION
ARC approval is required for all new construction in Pine Meadow Village. After receiving Preliminary Construction Approval, the owner is required to submit a final construction application for ARC review. The purpose of the construction plan submission is for the ARC to validate that the set of plans for which the proposed improvement will be constructed is within the concepts of Pine Meadow Village (PMV) and meets the requirements set forth by the PMV HOA governing documents.  This Preliminary Checklist provides detailed steps for preliminary project approval by the ARC:  ARC Preliminary Submittal Checklist.  Upon approval of the preliminary checklist, please complete and submit this ARC Construction Submittal Checklist for final approval by the ARC.
